Grace Lutheran Graduates 2025

  • Owen Evans

    Owen Evans is the son of Jamie and Charlie Evans. He will be graduating from Adel Desoto Minburn High School (ADM) in May 2025. During his time at ADM, he has been very involved with his school through athletics (soccer, baseball, bowling) and participating in social activities with his peers. He also makes one heck of a student section leader at football games, something he thoroughly enjoys. Owen has also been involved with his community through volunteer activities over the years including Safety City, Soccer Camp Assistant, Poverty Simulation, and Meals for the Heartland to name a few. Owen will attend Iowa Western Community College to bowl and obtain his HVAC/R Technology Diploma.

  • Thora Hegarty

    Thora is graduating from ADM and enjoyed participating in large group speech, esports, and choral activities. She will be attending Iowa State this fall, hoping to achieve her bachelor's degree in biochemistry. Afterward, she plans to attend a master's program to become a physician assistant and work in pediatrics.

  • Grant Jansen

    Grant Jansen, the son of Karen and Bryan Jansen and grandson of Marilyn Warling, is set to graduate from ADM High School. Throughout his high school years, Grant actively participated in baseball, football, and golf, showcasing his dedication to athletics. He was also a proud member of the 2024 ADM State 3A Golf Championship team.  Additionally, he served on the Iowa High School Activities Association Student Advisory Board during his junior and senior years. Grant contributed to his school community by serving on the student council for three years.  Grant was inducted in the National Honor Society his junior year.  Grant has also been an active member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes at ADM HS all four years.  This fall, Grant will attend Wartburg College in Waverly, where he plans to study business and continue his baseball career with the Wartburg baseball team.

  • Benjamin Schramm

    Ben is the son of Dave and Tania Schramm. Ben will graduate from Waukee High School on May 18, 2025. He has been very involved in vocal music, singing with Waukee Acapella Choir, Waukee Avenue Jazz, and All-State Chorus. He also enjoys playing basketball, pickleball, and golf and gaming with his friends. Ben will attend Drake University in the fall, and is planning to major in Accounting or Actuarial Science and sing with the Drake Choir.

Prepare for Lent

Join us for worship during Lent! 

On Sundays at 9:00 am, services of Reflection and Healing will seek to create an oasis of quiet and space for reflection, healing, and restoration

On Wednesdays at 6:35 pm, the theme of “Broken and Beloved” will include readings and storytelling from the perspectives of Biblical characters who experienced both brokenness and belovedness.
