Congregation Council
The Congregation Council provides general oversight of the life and activities of Grace Lutheran Church, in accordance with the Word of God and the faith and practice of the ELCA. Council members are elected at the annual meeting in January.

Committees & Ministry Teams
Ministry is all the things we do as a congregation together to live out our faith in Christ. Ministries at Grace are coordinated through committees, which are led by a chair or a member of council, who also represent ministries on the council. Other ministry teams may also be formed for a specific project, such as the 25th anniversary planning team. The Education Committee provides Christian educational opportunities to all ages of our congregation by planning and coordinating Christian education for students (preK to 6th grade) and their families, as well as providing input on adult education.

Community Life plans and coordinates events for fellowship, fun, and care of Grace Lutheran Church members.

Outreach & Welcome coordinates communication to the community about Grace (outreach) and welcome of guests and visitors.

The Property team manages all property needs and coordinates with service providers as well as seeing to the acquisition, maintenance, disposal, protection, and adequate insurance of all property of the congregation.

Social Action helps the members of Grace live out their calling to be a community of disciples who engage in the work of Jesus Christ in our world: to proclaim the love of God in both word and deed to all people. This committee coordinates service, learning, and advocacy opportunities that support people in the ADM community.

Stewardship plans stewardship campaigns and provides year-round support of time, talent, and treasure to help the members of Grace grow in faithfulness as stewards of God's many gifts.

The Worship Committee provides leadership in service to the people of Grace as a worshipping community centered in the Gospel of Jesus Christ gathered around Word and sacrament and assists with planning worship and special events; includes the altar guild, music ministry, worship servants, and technology and sound support.
