Adel Ministerial Association
The Adel Ministerial Association (AMA) is a shared ministry of churches in the Adel area to provide assistance to the community through the AMA Emergency fund, representation on the board of Adel Good Samaritan Food Pantry, and annual events to promote these ministries.
AMA Emergency Fund
TThe AMA Emergency Fund helps people living in and traveling through the community with immediate needs, such as gas, food, utilities, and rent. This fund is supported through generous donations from individuals and local congregations.

To receive assistance through this fund, please call 515-978-1822. Calls are directed to voice mail, and someone will respond within 2 business days to any messages.
Assistance is distributed in gift cards for gas or food and/or checks to the utility or rental company. Amounts are according to guidelines and at the discretion of the AMA Emergency Fund “on call” volunteer. Cash is never given.
So that the AMA Emergency Fund is available to as many people as possible, recipients may access funds once within a 3-month time period (gas/food) or once per year (utilities/rent).
